The conference organiser, however, is unable to guarantee all papers will be included on the program. All accepted abstracted will be published in the conference program.

DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION

Titles and abstracts of all papers, or proposals for new streams, should be submitted via the online AAP2008 Registration Form by 25 May 2008.

PRESENTERS SHOULD NOTE THE FOLLOWING

·       253 sessions (= 180 standard sessions + 41 long sessions + 32 short symposium sessions) in total are available. Any paper submitted to us will be accepted until all sessions run out.

·       There will be up to nine parallel streams at the conference and always the chance of a small audience, especially if you choose to give your paper at a long session or there is a well known speaker scheduled at the same time as you.

·       Arrangements for the chairing of sessions are fairly informal. Speakers usually request a friend or colleague to chair their session, or else leave it to a member of the audience to volunteer. Please indicate in the online registration form if you would like to have the conference organiser pre-arrange a chair for you.

·       Data-projection facilities are available. But we recommend that you bring your own computer. Please indicate in the registration form if you require a data projector, an overhead projector, and/or a white board.

Provisional Timetable

Sessions are assigned in the FIRST-REGISTERED-FIRST-SERVED fashion.

To secure a place on the timetable (especially If you want a long session), please register and pay ASAP.
